Alle rechten (daarbij inbegrepen alle (intellectuele) eigendomsrechten, distributierechten, auteursrechten, reproductierechten en gebruiksrechten) op het door Makss Internet & Grafisch Design en/of Maks Smits geleverde werk, geproduceerde materialen, half- en eindproducten, deelproducten, onderdelen en broncodes zijn en blijven in het bezit en eigendom van Maks Smits. Rechten gaan niet automatisch over door oplevering van het werk, afsluiting van de opdracht, houderschap of algemene voorwaarden van anderen. |
